1. Returns
- We do not accept returns for our products once delivered, because they are consumable and have a limited shelf life.
- Exceptions may apply only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
2. Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible only in cases of damaged or wrong items received.
- To request an exchange, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide photo evidence of the damaged packaging or incorrect product.
- Keep the original packaging and product ready for verification if requested.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are not provided for regular orders.
- In case of verified damage or incorrect delivery, refunds will be processed as store credit or replacement.
